production method
The esterification reaction of 2-ethylhexanol and phosphorus oxychloride produces diisooctyl phosphate chloride. The acid chloride is hydrolyzed with lye to obtain sodium salt, which is obtained by acidification with sulfuric acid. 1. Esterification is carried out in a glass-lined reaction pot. Phosphorus oxychloride is first added, stirred and cooled, 2-ethyl n-alcohol is added dropwise below 10 ℃, stirring is continued for 1h after adding, slowly heating to 20-45 ℃ to discharge hydrogen chloride for 3h, then heating to 45-50 ℃, pumping hydrogen chloride gas with water jet pump for 3h, finally heating to 50-60 ℃, and discharging hydrogen chloride gas. 2. Hydrolysis Add 20% liquid alkali into the hydrolysis pot, stir, add the above esterification product dropwise below 60 ℃, raise the temperature to 80-90 ℃, keep the temperature for 1h, let stand for 15min, and release the lower wastewater. 30% liquid alkali is added under stirring, heated to 120 ℃, refluxed for 1h, let stand for 15min, and the lower lye is released for recovery. The materials in the hydrolysis pot are washed with 3% alkaline water at 80-90 ℃ for acidification. 3. Acidified hydrolysate is added with 10% sulfuric acid to acidify at a temperature of 50-60 ℃, acidify for 1h, and the lower waste acid water is removed. Wash with water. Finally, heat to 110-120 ℃ in the film separation tower to remove water and low boiling matter to obtain the finished product. Industrial purity ≥ 90%. Raw material consumption quota: 2-ethylhexanol 1100kg/t, phosphorus oxychloride 590kg/t.
